Prof. R. Komel is involved in Interdisciplinary doctoral study program BIOMEDICINE of the University of Ljubljana (Biomedicine), scientific field Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, core course B-1-100 Selected Advanced Topics in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Within this core course he coordinates Module 3 – Functional Genomics and Proteomics (Course Presentation) which includes topics on genome structure, organization and regulation, comparative genomics and principles of global genome analysis. In this scope, theoretial principles and experimental approaches of transgenesis, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, interactomics and bioinformatics are presented.
